NorthWest Healthcare Properties is proud to announce the development of a new 40,000 square foot medical office space building neighbouring the Sturgeon Community Hospital in St. Albert complete with underground tenant parking.
This medical office space is designed with the needs of the ever-changing medical community in mind, and is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
Paandon completed the concrete forming of all structural elements and placing of footings, walls, columns, slabs and core shaft for underground. Paandon also supplied the crane/forklift for all scope of work.
